Much more friendly to the environment (uses 70% to 80% recycled PET (soft Drink Bottles) has low embodied energy, and also uses no phenols or formaldehyde in the manufacturing process ) and much more friendly to the people (non-irritant, non-allergenic) also won&#039;t break down and disintergrate the way other batts can, thus giving you the benefits of the insulation for the life of your home, not just a few years.
