The Neighbours
We dropped a short note into the neighbours’ letterboxes as we started, letting them know we’re about to start making noise, mess, traffic chaos.
One of my favourite questions when I did the owner builder exam was this one:
What responsibilities does the owner builder have towards neighbours?
a. Don’t tell them anything
b. Surprise them when you start
c. To keep them informed and advise them when commencing
